Comrades, Consumers! I think probably maybe we're actually going to be O.K. because Kirk is really nothing at all like the Master OR Major West, and he's not taken any hostages or pretended to be the Admiral or set up any death traps and even though he's not really a very nice person sometimes and he's pushy and doesnt seem to understand that hitting someone in the arm isnt very good behavior for friends but hes actually O.K. and not so bad and he gave us all fizzy champagne Perfect for any barbecue, wedding or other social event which would be the constant envy of your friends and neibors AND he doesnt sound drunk.

PLUS the Admiral isnt very good anyway so i dont mind him not driving the ship for a bit.

I don't think any of them were here for the first takeover. Which just pisses me off when they spout some crap like 'it'll be fine' and they won't listen to any of us.

People died the last time this happened. We've got a right to be pissed.

[And lo, the door opens a crack and Prefect peers out, his expression a little guarded until he sees who it is. When he does? He gives a wide smile and takes a staggering step backwards, opening the door to let Harvey in.]

[Then he frowns, seeming to remember that actually he's modestly freaked out, then quickly he decides to hide this fact and returns to grinning.]

[He walks inside Prefect's room, looking around a bit.]

[Prefect reaches back and snatches up a pair of coffee mugs, setting them down on his desk and pouring a splash of gin into both of them. The champagne was long gone. Turning back to Harv, he offers the other man one of the mugs.]

[Taking the mug, Harvey downs some of the gin.]

I want to be a Warden. But there are just some things that I don't think my warden and I will ever agree on.

[Prefect takes a swig of his gin and moves to root around in one of the boxes, before finally pulling out a camping chair. He opens it up, and pushes it towards Harv one handed, before hopping back a little to sit on his desk. Thus settled, he drinks some more gin, giving Harvey an intent look.]

[He pauses then, thinking, before he adds:]

And... do you think we have to agree with them to rehabilitate?

It was more like my methods on how to deal with the Mafia than how we feel about the Mafia.

Yeah, he said all this stuff to me, back when I said you were sort of entitled to kill the Mafia all things considered. Saying like, if I talked to you like that it'd bring back Two-Face, but...

[He trails off. They clearly need topping up, so Prefect tops them both up, and takes another drink. He gives a slight nod at Harvey's question.]

Mmm. She thinks we should be fitted with shock collars.

I think I've got Two-Face down...I hope. I mean, ever since that incident with Baby and you, he hasn't popped back up yet.

Shock collars? That's pretty...well, pretty excessive. I mean, sure, sounds good for a bastard like the Master but you and me? Normal guys? That'd do more harm than help.
