Having seen some of the outcoming transmissions from inmates [Thank you Sandoval...], I don't feel that we can accept it as a safe or correct way of restraining anyone at the moment, and I'd like to suggest that the current occupants are relocated under guard.

Ah, am I correct in assuming that they're all basically different varieties of homicidal teenagers at the moment? Would any wardens be willing to contribute their time or their resources to temporarily guarding them elsewhere? I have an additional question, although this one is more hypothetical... I was thinking... you don't think the Admiral would make any new arrivals appear in rooms we were trying to use as makeshift cells, do you?

It may be more efficient to set up a temporary place to hold them, than to scatter them in different cabins.
