ACTION SPAM - Level 3, Prefect, Peter, Sam, Claude and OPEN!
[Prefect dashes down the stairs after Sam in a state of nigh panic, glancing over his shoulder as he finally escapes from the death trap level. There is literally no way this floor could be as bad as the last one was...
Turning back to face Sam, Prefect feels a sudden flutter of affection in his stomach. Why he'd even been worried he doesn't know now, of course Sam would get them through the traps eventually, it's all part of his wardens quiet, controlling charm. Now is not the time to think about Sams strange new attractiveness though, he should probably try to find Peter! Running around like a little boy can not be a good idea right now, so Prefect takes off into the corridor, stealing a wistful glance over his shoulder to check if Sam is looking at him as he goes to look for Peter.]

[The dog took off running, hardly even listening to his owner as he bounded down the hallway and Peter had no choice but to follow him. Elle said that they had to protect him from people, cause certain people didn't deserve to play with Izzy and he didn't want Izzy to get hurt, so he had to run after his puppy in the middle of their playing.
Elle would understand and he'd be right back so he could keep playing with Morgan too.
Peter skidded to a stop when he saw Izzy sniffing at the feet of Prefect. Who was now Nathan because he said so and Peter didn't care if it wasn't really him. He could pretend. The utter joy that lit up his face when he saw Prefect/Nathan wasn't fake though.]
"Nathan!"

Mr. Prefect, do you know where we're going?
[When they come to a stop by a kid and his dog, Sam puts the journal away and grins]
Hey, kiddo! [He ruffles Peter's hair in a brotherly fashion, even though he has no idea who the kid is, then leans down to pet the dog]

Hi Peter.
[There's an awkward pause, as Sam asks if he knows where he's going. He has no idea, of course, but he wants to seem fairly competent in front of his Warden, so he straightens himself up slightly, shoots Sam his most impressive smile and replies:]
Of course, we're going to see Peter! Now we're here. See?
[And now he looks at Peter.]
How are you doing Peter?

But this wasn't Nathan and Peter settled for no hug and someone else playing with his hair.]
"Gooooooooood." [He giggled and then started to shoot off questions, rapid fire.] "You wanna play with Izzy? He's really nice. You can pet him if ya want. Who's your friend? Can he play too? Can we get cookies?"

So, this is Izzy? He's very nice isn't he? [He glanced a little longingly up at his warden] This is Sam, he's a friend of mine. I don't know where we'd go to get cookies, the other floors aren't very safe right now Comrade. [His attention back on Peter, Prefect said all of this in a slightly exaggerated voice - the effect of which was almost like he'd actually spoken to children before. The truth was? Back in the Factory he'd ended up overseeing the children's entertainment sector of the broadcasting facility for a while, and as a result? Had watched hundreds of hours of "Learning Relevant Life Lessons in the Nursery With Little Lucy and Friends."]
