I know times are tough, John, but surely a man and his wife can still afford to have their own beds! You'd have to be pretty hard up for cash to want to share a bed, I would think, and there's no one like that in Pleasantville. How would you even sleep with someone next to you like that? You'd be bumpin' into each other all night long and there's no way anyone would get any sleep.
