Catch up with him before he heads out of town. It's a small town, we're bound to cross paths sooner or later. Rogers isn't exactly the brightest outlaw I've ever seen, so if he's got something he wants here, he'll stick around until he's got whatever it is, even if he knows we're here looking for him.
